TEAM Personnel and Staffing has a few very important in-person events. Being a temporary staffing agency they are always looking for leads to add to their jobs lists. Wanting to reflect the updates TEAM is making online from social media to a new website they wanted to upgrade their printed materials and their appearance in job fair booths.

TEAM Personnel services light industrial workplaces and are able to provide work to a wide range of employees. The audience reachable on facebook is perfect for TEAM to move their message and reach many users. Due to the variety of work available through the staffing agency most applicants through facebook can find a job through TEAM whether it was the job the applied for another.

To make the posts stand out among others on facebook we did what facebook suggests you don't.... we put text in the images.
I know, crazy move. But when you're searching through facebook jobs or facebook posts, you don't even have to click to find the information you're looking for here. Since we boost each job listing, it's important we use our ad dollars wisely- on the people that will click the link.

We average 32 submitted job applications per listing with over 50 job listings.
