LTPAC is a Health IT collaborative. They specialize in person centered healthcare IT solutions. Complicated, right? Thankfully, LTPAC is a collaborative that exists inside of the health IT field for stakeholders making policy change. They needed a new logo, with some more modern and fun branding features to mark to rebirth  of their organization.
